The Open Taa
Taa Maftoohah ت - مفتوحه
Taa Marbootah ة - مربوته
In this post we will deal with Ta Maftoohah or the Open Ta.
Note that ت - Ta may be present in any position of the word.
ie.
It can come in the initial position ( examples - تفاح, تاجر, تَاج )
It can be used in the medial position of the word ( examples - كتاب , يفتح , أَنٰتُم ).
Similarly Ta can be used in the final position of the word. ( examples - ٱنت , بيت , بنت ).
This shape of Ta at the end of the word is known as Ta Maftoohah or the open Ta (owing to the shape of Ta being open and not closed)
But in the final position Ta - ت aquires another form as well, known as Ta Marbootah - ة ( or the closed Ta - owing to the closed knot like appearance).

It is important to understand that the above two forms are significant only when dealing with Ta occurring at the end of the words.
For now we will continue with our understanding of Ta Maftoohah.

General ending of words with Ta Maftoohah:
This section deals with words that end with Ta Maftoohah, but may not follow any specific pattern.
Examples:
بيت - Bait - A house ( Arabic grammar - a noun which is singular, Masculine in gender)
بنت - Bint - A girl ( Arabic grammar - a noun which is singular, Feminine in gender)
ٱنت - Antha - You ( Arabic grammar - a pronoun which is singular, Second person, Masculine in gender)
